A young Belgian , Kimberley Vlaminck, has been condemned today by the Brussel of justice to pay the sum of $500 for damages to a Roumanian artist Mr Rouslan Toumaniantz.
She had unjustly the artist of tattooing fifty-six on her face instead of the stars she had earlier declared to have asked for.
She explained her lie to the saying that her father and had been furious when she came home with her tattooed .
She said that she didn't of the consequences and only wanted to calm her 's furious reaction and her boyfriend's disgust.
Mr. Toumaniantz said his had been very low these days of these false accusations.
